My name is Ryan Honour and I am an Associate Director at Prospero Integrated. Having joined Prospero Group back in December 2011, aged just 17 years old – I was the Group’s first ever apprentice. Initially my role was a resourcer whereby I was responsible for assisting the consultants with sourcing the best people for their open vacancies. I quickly moved onto our Freelance/Contract desk and was responsible for all of our contract work across the globe for all core verticals of the AV industry from Live Events & Production through to Systems Integration, Home Automation & Unified Communications recruiting for permanent positions – focusing on AV Systems Integration & Home Automation. Having worked within that area for 3 years, I moved into permanent recruitment within Systems Integration across the UK, Europe and the US. I have held my Associate Director title since April 2022.
I am an avid football fan and for all my sins, I follow Tottenham Hotspur nationwide and all over Europe. I am also a keen golfer. I said keen… not good!

My name is Olivia & I head up Prospero Integrated’s Freelance/Contract division. I am responsible for temp to perm, long term contracts, short term contracts and day to day supply (including last minute sickness cover!). My career in recruitment started back in 2019 & I have worked in different industries including Engineering, Life Sciences and Technology. I joined Prospero back in July 2023 & have enjoyed learning about the AV industry and all of it’s different core verticals. I love the thrill of assisting a client who is in dire need of additional support as quickly as yesterday!
In my spare time, you will always find me with my buried in a good book or watching a new series!

My name is Stephanie Lemon and I am a Senior Consultant at Prospero Integrated & am responsible for AV, Live Events, Broadcast & Production across the UK. I joined Prospero Integrated back in July 2011, having spent 4.5 years as a Branch Manager within education recruitment, I made the jump into AV/Live Events and have never looked back! I have over 16 years of recruitment experience and thoroughly enjoy the entire process from understanding exactly what a job seeker is looking for in their perfect role through to taking a brief from a client and understanding exactly what type of employee they are looking for.
I am a mother to two wonderful children and spend all of my free time either my family or you may find me on the tennis court!

I am responsible for all Permanent/Contract work within Home Automation & Unified Communications – focusing on AV Systems Integration & Home Automation and all Systems Integration commercially. I have over 7 years’ experience withing recruitment formerly working in the medical sector before making the move to Prospero Integrated.
I am an avid football fan following Tottenham Hotspur all over which is not always an easy watch! I also previously was full time within football before making the switch to Recruitment.
