My name is Ryan Honour and I am an Associate Director at Prospero Integrated. Having joined Prospero Group back in December 2011, aged just 17 years old – I was the Group’s first ever apprentice. Initially my role was a resourcer whereby I was responsible for assisting the consultants with sourcing the best people for their open vacancies. I quickly moved onto our Freelance/Contract desk and was responsible for all of our contract work across the globe for all core verticals of the AV industry from Live Events & Production through to Systems Integration, Home Automation & Unified Communications recruiting for permanent positions – focusing on AV Systems Integration & Home Automation. Having worked within that area for 3 years, I moved into permanent recruitment within Systems Integration across the UK, Europe and the US. I have held my Associate Director title since April 2022.
I am an avid football fan and for all my sins, I follow Tottenham Hotspur nationwide and all over Europe. I am also a keen golfer. I said keen… not good!

My name is Elsie & I am the Candidate Manager for AV, Live Events, Broadcast and Production across the UK. I joined Prospero in January 2024, in what is my first ever fulltime position and I have undergone intense training throughout the beginning of my time career here at Prospero. My name is Ryan Wilkinson and I am responsible for the permanent recruitment at Prospero Integrated within AV Systems Integration & Home Automation across the UK and Europe. My recruitment career started back in December 2021 within the world of finance however, I quickly realised that the technology market is an industry I wanted to work in. I joined Prospero in December 2023 and feel I have settled into team very quickly & already have a solid understanding of the world of AV. I had the luxury of attending ISE 2024 in Barcelona which really helped speed up my technical knowledge quickly. I’m a Sheffield lad at heart and do enjoy returning home when I can!

My name is Matt Bennett and my position at Prospero Integrated is to head up permanent recruitment across the United States within AV, Systems Integration, Home Automation, Live Events and Unified Communications. I have a strong background of 15 years+ experience of recruiting for the US market across the Telecommunications and Financial Services industries. Prior to beginning my career in recruitment, I was an IT Consultant so already have a strong understand of the technology market. My name is Olivia & I head up Prospero Integrated’s Freelance/Contract division. I am responsible for temp to perm, long term contracts, short term contracts and day to day supply (including last minute sickness cover!). My career in recruitment started back in 2019 & I have worked in different industries including Engineering, Life Sciences and Technology. I joined Prospero back in July 2023 & have enjoyed learning about the AV industry and all of it’s different core verticals. I joined Prospero Integrated back in July 2011, having spent 4.5 years as a Branch Manager within education recruitment, I made the jump into AV/Live Events and have never looked back! I have over 16 years of recruitment experience and thoroughly enjoy the entire process from understanding exactly what a job seeker is looking for in their perfect role through to taking a brief from a client and understanding exactly what type of employee they are looking for.
I am a mother to two wonderful children and spend all of my free time either my family or you may find me on the tennis court!
