Are you a technical expert with a passion for video production in live events? Do you have experience managing large-scale corporate and brand events? If so, we want you to join our team as a Senior Video Production Manager!

About the Role: In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Production to deliver exceptional video experiences across a wide range of events, from iconic venues in London to locations across the UK and internationally. You’ll be responsible for the technical planning, execution, and delivery of video solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Work with production and agency teams to develop technical support, quotations, and project plans. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and provide technical documentation.
• Project Execution: Oversee the technical team on-site, ensure flawless equipment setup, and serve as the point of contact for any on-site challenges.
• Line Management: Lead and mentor a team of technical experts, providing guidance and support to help them thrive.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote best practices. Identify risks and create contingency plans.

Who You Are:

• You have significant experience in video technology and live event production, including LED walls, projection, cameras, and broadcast.
• You’re a strong project manager, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• You are a creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
• You have excellent communication skills and can effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
• You are passionate about leading a team and fostering a supportive, innovative environment.
