Prospero Integrated are keen to speak to a Management Accounts Lead to join a leading systems integrator.

Key Details:

• Maidenhead
• £35k-£37k + 10% bonus
• Permanent

The candidate work under the supervision of the Finance Team Leader to learn the day-to-day duties that take place in the accounting department

Responsibilities:

• Check & approve expenses & mileage
• Client invoicing & monthly statements
• Sales Invoicing report weekly & month end
• Check Supplier POs & process supplier invoices
• Prepare weekly and month end NW payments for suppliers on Sage
• Check Supplier statements
• Holiday & absences onto Sage HR
• Weekly process NCP, Ringo, TFL, other online statements / costs
• Job Costing from CW & PBI reports
• Update Sales meeting reports and graphs, update ARCAN
• Credit Control & Customer Portals – twice monthly

Skills Required:

• Working experience of Sage 50, Sage HR
• Varied accounts experience in Sales and Purchase Ledger
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and flexible to business demands
• A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge
• PC skills – Advanced Excel skills, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ConnectWIse, Sage 50 accounts & Sage HR
