The Role
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Sales Team Leader to join the Exhibitor Sales Team based in North London. This is a dual-role position involving both hands-on sales activity and the supervision of Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
Manage your own pipeline of sales leads and process exhibitor orders
Represent the company at exhibitions and support service delivery onsite
Coordinate post-event follow-up to gather feedback and uncover new opportunities
Support the execution of exhibitor marketing campaigns across the group.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven sales and negotiation skills
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Comfortable analysing data to drive decision-making
Some knowledge of email marketing platforms is advantageous

Competitive base salary of £35,000

Work Schedule
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday office-based role, with occasional travel to event sites as required.
