A leading AV integrator is seeking a polished, professional, and highly versatile AV Specialist to be permanently based at one of their key corporate client sites in London. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a customer-facing environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can deliver a high standard of technical support while representing the integrator on-site.

The Role
As the on-site AV Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all meeting room technology, event support, and day-to-day AV operations. You’ll work closely with the client’s internal teams, ensuring spaces are fully functional, events run smoothly, and technical issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on support across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and corporate AV environments
  • Provide high-quality event support including set-up, live operation, and breakdown
  • Manage and build strong relationships with the client, acting as the face of the integrator
  • Conduct daily room checks, preventative maintenance, and system monitoring
  • Troubleshoot issues across AV, VC, control systems, and room hardware
  • Manage bookings, coordinate with facilities/IT, and support senior stakeholders
  • Produce clear documentation and service reports where required
  • Ensure a polished, reliable, and proactive AV experience for all users

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong background in corporate AV support or event operations
  • Confident working with users at all levels, including senior executives
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Broad understanding of AV, VC, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Q-Sys, Extron, Teams/Zoom platforms, audio and video hardware)
  • Ability to run live events with confidence and professionalism
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a busy environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
