Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for events, conferences, and live performances
• Provide technical support for audio, video, lighting, and projection systems
• Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of events
• Maintain and test AV equipment regularly
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with overtime opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AV systems (audio, video, lighting)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Full UK driving license and reliable transport
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing event requirements
