Audio Visual Warehouse Technician

As an AV Warehouse Prep Technician, you’ll play a crucial part in preparing, maintaining, and managing professional AV equipment for live events, installations, and corporate projects. You’ll work alongside project managers, technicians, and warehouse staff to ensure everything leaving and returning to the warehouse is accounted for, in great condition, and ready for action.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Help run the daily operations of the AV warehouse

• Prep and check AV equipment to the highest standards

• Use rental software to track jobs, sense check job sheets, and flag any issues

• Assist with the loading/unloading of vehicles and coordinate deliveries

• Test, clean, and store returned kit – and report any missing or faulty items

• Carry out basic repairs and book faulty items for service

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Support system prep for returning assets and rental projects

• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Project Managers to ensure seamless communication and operations

• Assist with the Systems Integration warehouse when required
